Conductive (Smart) Yarn

-- Steady & Reliable Manufacturer --

Introduction

Conductive Yarn is the fundamental building block of e-Textiles. At GC FIBER, we offer two paths to conductivity: Metallic Core (silver or stainless steel filaments) and Polymer-Injected Carbon. These yarns are flexible enough to be knitted or embroidered but have electrical resistance low enough to transmit data signals and power sensors.

Unlike earlier generations of smart textiles that used stiff wires, our conductive yarns feel like traditional textiles. They are wash-durable and can be used to create touch-sensitive surfaces, heating elements, or heart-rate monitoring zones directly within the fabric. This yarn is designed for the 2026 surge in "Wearable Wellness," where clothing replaces traditional plastic fitness trackers.
