Bio-Synthetic (Waste) Yarn

-- Steady & Reliable Manufacturer --

Introduction

Moving beyond simple recycling, GC FIBER’s Bio-Synthetic Yarn is derived from non-food agricultural waste, such as sugarcane bagasse and corn husks. Unlike traditional bio-polymers that compete with food sources, our 2nd Generation Bio-PET utilizes cellulosic waste converted into ethylene glycol. The result is a high-performance polyester that is chemically identical to virgin petroleum-based PET but with a carbon footprint that is up to 70% lower.

This yarn allows brands to meet strict 2026 ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets without sacrificing the mechanical properties of their fabrics. It dyes, weaves, and performs exactly like standard polyester, meaning no changes are required to existing manufacturing lines.
